ARRIVAL SCENARIO<\/h2>

Terminal 3<\/span>

Upon arrival at the Cancun airport, you will pass through immigration and present to the Mexican\nimmigration agent your travel documentation (passport or birth certificate with raised seal).\nAfterwards you will claim your luggage and then proceed through Customs to declare any goods.\nYou could pass through a random inspection. After passing customs, please exit the building and\ndisregard all people selling transportation and timeshare opportunities. Porterage at Terminal 3 is\nnot allowed; luggage carts are available for all visitors inside the airport. Your IVI staff will be\nwaiting for you beyond the crosswalk with a large personalized welcome sign. Our uniform is a\nturquoise-blue shirt, white slacks and a big smile.<\/p>

Terminal 4<\/span>

Upon arrival at the Cancun airport, you will pass through immigration and present to the Mexican\nimmigration agent your travel documentation (passport or birth certificate with raised seal). After\nthat you will claim your luggage and then proceed through Customs to declare any goods. You\ncould pass through a random inspection. After passing customs, take the Travel Agencies \/ Ground\nTransportation Exit on the left (do not take the family and friends exit) and disregard all people\nselling transportation and timeshare opportunities. Porterage at arrivals is not allowed; luggage\ncarts are available for all visitors inside the airport. Your IVI staff will be waiting for you outside\nwith a large personalized welcome sign. Our uniform is a turquoise-blue shirt, white slacks and a\nbig smile Important.<\/p>


Note: Some commercial airlines will stop handing out immigration forms aboard their airplanes;\nwe highly recommend you print and fill out the form(s) online previous your trip so you don’t\ndelay your immigration process when you arrive in Mexico.<\/span><\/p>


Below is the Mexican Immigration Institute (Instituto Nacional de Migraci\u00f3n INM) webpage and\nyou will be requested to accept terms and conditions to later fill out the information to obtain the\nImmigration Form.

Tourist Tax (Implemented April 1, 2021)
A usage fee that all international visitors (over the age of 15) must pay according to new regulations. This fee is approximately USD 12.00 depending on the exchange rate.
Tourists will be able to pay with a credit card before arrival when entering, or during their stay via the website VISITAX (www.visitax.gob.mx<\/a><\/span>) or at the airport (cash).
On departure, each passenger must show their receipt at the airport filter before boarding.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n
