- Price per vehicle, one way. - To calculate the departure time from the hotel you need to have in mind that the airlines require guests to be at the airport 3 hours before the flight departure time, plus a 20 min transfer time from the Grand Fiesta Americana Coral Beach to the Cancun Airport. In total 3 hrs and 20 min before the flight departure time.
Any changes in the original scheduled flight arrival time should be notify at least 8 hrs in advance to avoid penalties. All cancellations or changes should be done by whatsapp or email.
Cancellations for Airport Transfers should be requested at least 8 days before the date of your flight. In order to avoid penalties for changes due to flight cancellations or missed connecting flights, IVI DMC must be notified at least 8 hours prior to original scheduled flight arrival time, otherwise the following charges will apply: Flight cancellations without previous notice: 100% penalty will apply No Shows: 100% penalty will apply Delays without previous notice: 100% penalty will apply Cancellations for Excursions/Tours should be requested at least 15 days before the date of the activity. There will be no refund on no shows, unused tickets or cancellations made on the same day.
